High School Conference

The Pacific Islander Student Association hosts a High School Conference every year. It is one of our main events for the year! The flyer above has all of the information for our upcoming HSC! The purpose of the High School Conference is to invite high schools that are either in San Diego County or nearby to come out to San Diego State University to learn more about the school as well as participate in various workshops and listen to speakers. The High School Conference’s goal is to promote youths to pursue higher education and it is an opportunity to learn more about what higher education entails and the process of it while also being immersed into Pacific Islander culture. There is also a talent show/competition after all the workshops where we will pick a dance team to come back and perform at our luau. We hope to see many high schoolers come out and for us to be able to engage with them, teach them about SDSU and all higher education has to offer! You can register with the link below!
